Afters is a place to browse before-and-after records attributed to practices, open a practice profile, and submit a consultation request when you choose. Records and profile claims require your own verification; placement is not a clinical-quality ranking.
Why we built Afters
Choosing a cosmetic surgeon is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make about your own face or body. And the way most people do it is genuinely broken.
Research is often spread across galleries, practice sites, directories, and licensing sources. It can be difficult to keep the record, practice information, questions, and response in one workflow.
Afters brings an attributed portfolio, consultation request, optional video response, and written quote into one product. The practice remains responsible for its clinical advice, communications, payment, and scheduling.
What we believe
Portfolio first
Browse records attributed to a practice, then verify the treating clinician, credentials, consent, image history, and case details directly with authoritative sources and the practice.
Person-initiated
You decide whether to contact a practice and what optional information to include. A request is a starting point, not a clinical assessment or commitment to proceed.
Structured responses
A practice may answer with a personal video and an itemized written quote. Afters displays the quote but does not collect payment or reserve an appointment.
Your decision
Review the information at your own pace. The practice remains responsible for its communications, clinical assessment, payment process, and scheduling.
How Afters works
Browse attributed records
Use available procedure and location filters to explore records attributed to practices. Attribution does not independently verify the clinician, consent, image history, or outcome.
Contact a practice
Submit a consultation request to a selected practice and optionally include photos and goals. The practice performs its own intake and clinical assessment.
Get a video consultation
The practice may review the request and record a personal video with an itemized written quote. A remote response does not replace any assessment the practice requires.
Decide on your terms
Review the response on your schedule. If you accept the written quote, the practice arranges any deposit, payment, and appointment directly; Afters does not collect or reserve them.
