Implant size selection is one of the most important decisions in breast augmentation, and it's best guided by your body measurements rather than a cup size goal. Cup sizes vary wildly between brands, so "I want to be a C cup" isn't precise enough. During your consultation, your surgeon will measure your breast width, tissue thickness, and chest wall dimensions to determine the range of implants that will look proportional on YOUR body. Most surgeons use 3D imaging or implant sizers you can try in a bra. For a 34A wanting natural results, moderate-profile implants in the 275-375cc range are common, but this varies significantly based on your frame. Going too large for your body width is the #1 cause of unnatural-looking results. Trust the sizing process and your surgeon's guidance over cup size goals.
