Choosing implant size is highly individual and depends on your anatomy, lifestyle, and goals. Here's how to approach it: Forget cup sizes—they vary by bra brand and your band size. Focus on volume (measured in cc) and dimensions. Bring photos of results you like to your consultation (we call this your "wish pics"). Try sizers in a sports bra during your consult. Consider your chest width—implants shouldn't be wider than your natural breast base. Think about your lifestyle (athletic, professional, etc.). A good surgeon will recommend a range that suits your frame and show you 3D imaging. Most patients choose between 300-450cc, but the "right" size is whatever helps you feel confident.
