For 15 pounds of belly fat, liposuction will deliver significantly better results. CoolSculpting is designed for small, pinchable pockets of fat and reduces about 20-25% of fat in the treated area per session. For more substantial volume, liposuction can remove much larger amounts in a single procedure with precise sculpting. CoolSculpting works best for patients who are already near their goal weight with small stubborn areas. If you can "pinch an inch" of fat, CoolSculpting may help. If you can grab a handful, liposuction is the more effective option. Also consider that multiple CoolSculpting sessions can add up to rival the cost of liposuction while achieving less dramatic results.
