There's no single "right age" to start Botox—it depends on your skin, genetics, and when lines start bothering you. Many patients begin preventive (or "baby") Botox in their late 20s to early 30s, which can slow the formation of deeper wrinkles. If you're seeing lines at rest (not just when you smile), that's a good indicator it may be time. Starting earlier with smaller doses can help prevent those lines from becoming etched in. That said, if your lines only appear during expression and disappear at rest, you have time. A consultation can help determine the best approach for your specific skin.
