Botox typically lasts 3-4 months for most patients, though this can vary based on your metabolism, the area treated, and the dosage used. First-time patients sometimes notice results wearing off a bit sooner, around 2-3 months. With regular treatments, many patients find their results start lasting longer as the muscles become trained to relax. Most of my patients come in 3-4 times per year to maintain their results.
