How long does lip filler swelling last?
I have an event in 2 weeks. Is that enough time for swelling to go down?

Two weeks is usually enough time for swelling to resolve, but here's the typical timeline: Days 1-3: Peak swelling. Your lips will look larger than the final result. Days 3-5: Significant improvement in swelling. Minor bruising may appear. Days 5-7: Most swelling resolved. Bruising fading. Day 7-14: You'll see your true results. Any residual swelling is minimal. For an important event, I recommend getting filler 2-3 weeks ahead if possible. Some patients bruise (can be covered with lipstick), and having buffer time reduces stress. Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, fish oil, alcohol) for a few days before to minimize bruising.
