I generally recommend waiting until you're done having children for the best long-term results. Here's why: Pregnancy will stretch your tummy tuck results, potentially re-separating repaired muscles and creating new loose skin. Breast changes from pregnancy and breastfeeding will affect breast surgery results. You'd likely need revision surgery after future pregnancies. HOWEVER, if you're suffering significantly from your current situation and future pregnancy is years away or uncertain, we can discuss options. Some patients feel the quality-of-life improvement is worth potential future revision. It's a personal decision—I'm happy to discuss your specific situation.
