How do I sit after a BBL?
I know you can't sit after a BBL. How am I supposed to work or live my life?

The no-sitting rule after BBL is real but manageable with planning. Here's how patients handle it: For 2-3 weeks, avoid sitting directly on your buttocks. When you must sit, use a BBL pillow that transfers weight to your thighs. Work from home standing or lying on your stomach if possible. For driving, many patients delay driving for 2-3 weeks; when they resume, they use the BBL pillow. Sleep on your stomach or side. Around weeks 3-4, you can begin sitting with the pillow for limited periods. By week 6-8, most patients can sit normally. The restriction protects your fat transfer—sitting compresses the newly transferred fat cells and can reduce survival. The temporary inconvenience is worth protecting your results!
