Rhinoplasty results evolve over time. Here's a typical timeline: At 1-2 weeks, the splint comes off and you'll see an early shape, but significant swelling remains. By 1-3 months, about 70-80% of swelling resolves and you'll have a good idea of your results. At 6 months, most visible swelling is gone. However, the tip of the nose can take 12-18 months to fully refine, especially with thick skin. Be patient—many patients love their results more at one year than at one month!
