Swelling after rhinoplasty is completely normal and follows a predictable timeline. Most obvious swelling resolves within 2-3 weeks, which is when most patients feel comfortable in public. However, subtle swelling, especially at the tip of the nose, can persist for 6-12 months or even longer. You'll see about 80% of your final result at 3 months, but the tip may continue to refine for up to a year. Be patient with the process!
