Why We Built This
The cosmetic procedure industry has a trust problem. Most platforms make money by selling premium placements to providers — which means the results you see first aren't necessarily the best results. They're the most expensive ads.
We thought that was backwards. People researching procedures deserve to see unfiltered work from qualified surgeons, compare real costs, and connect with providers on their own terms. That's the whole idea behind Afters: put the patient's research experience first, and let great surgical work do the talking.
