How much does breast augmentation cost in 2026?

Breast augmentation cost in Afters’ reading of practices’ own posted silicone starting points has a middle half from $6,495 to $8,810 across 50 practice websites, and a separate saline middle half from $5,500 to $7,900 across 39 websites, checked October 16, 2026. These are advertisements with differing fee inclusions. Posted prices aren’t a typical price, a representative national average or a prediction of your bill. Silicone implants span starting at $3,000 at CG Cosmetic to $8,500 to $15,000 at Beverly Hills Physicians across 83 eligible own-fee observations, checked October 16, 2026. Saline implants span starting at $2,300 at Spectrum Aesthetics to $6,000 to $15,000 at Beverly Hills Physicians across 45 eligible own-fee observations, checked October 16, 2026. Spectrum Aesthetics’ saline page gives both a $2,300 floor and a $2,999 floor; the lower statement doesn’t resolve surgeon or offer eligibility. ASPS publishes an average of $4,875, without a data year on its current cost page. Its original 2023 report identifies the category as surgeon/physician fees for primary and/or revision implant placement. Anesthesia, operating-room facilities and related expenses are excluded.

How the middle half is counted

The middle half describes one lowest eligible own-fee amount per normalized practice website within each fill type. The endpoints are nearest-rank quartiles of those website amounts. A website with several prices contributes one starting point to that scope, while a website pricing both fills can contribute separately to each figure. That doesn’t establish independent ownership or how much patients paid. The full research contains 465 retained price observations, with starting prices, ranges, cash schedules and differing inclusions.

What the sample represents

Higher-priced websites and lower-priced promotions both remain in the source record. A starting amount has no published upper limit. Ask whether the advertised surgeon, implant, payment method and operating location apply to your case before treating it as a possible quote. The two middle-half figures can help you read advertisements; they cannot tell you what most people spend.

What is the average breast augmentation cost according to national sources?

ASPS’s breast augmentation average is $4,875 for implant placement, while the Aesthetic Society’s historical 2022 figure is $4,617; neither establishes a complete 2026 patient bill, as checked October 16, 2026. ASPS’s current webpage gives no data year, and its original 2023 surgeon-fee category includes primary and/or revision placement. The Aesthetic Society’s patient webpage describes surgeon and facility fees, but its original report puts the same amount under a surgeon-fee heading. That unresolved definition prevents treating it as verified facility-inclusive pricing.

CareCredit’s different definitions

CareCredit’s August 7, 2026 article reports $6,721 and a $4,667–$11,186 range from its 2026 ASQ360 study across 50 states and DC. Its definition includes implants or fat transfer, so it isn’t an implant-only comparison. The lender’s December 20, 2024 article instead reports $7,149 and $5,100–$18,465 from 2023 ASQ360 data. Different dates, methods and procedure definitions prevent reading those amounts as a price trend.

Compare the inclusion list

The source pages don’t provide a usable patient denominator for estimating your odds of paying a particular amount. Keep their own labels beside the figures. A benchmark helps explain what a source is counting; it doesn’t repair an unitemized quote. Compare your surgeon’s proposed operation, anesthesia, facility, implant and follow-up against the actual inclusion list before using any published average as a budget. The source definitions are part of the number.

Keep the benchmark’s procedure scope

In particular, a primary-and/or-revision fee category cannot answer what a first-time silicone patient will pay at a particular facility. Keep an estimate for the proposed operation beside the benchmark so the comparison stays specific.

Read the quote closely

Read the inclusion list

Read “all-inclusive” alongside the actual list. The University’s page explicitly identifies the implant and operating facility. A different practice may include the surgeon and office visits while leaving anesthesia or the surgical center unpriced. A garment may mean the first surgical bra, without saying anything about later replacements. Follow-up can mean routine visits with the operating surgeon, without promising that urgent evaluation, imaging or another operation is included.

Check follow-up and separate billers

Ask who sends each bill and whether payment to the surgeon settles the facility and anesthesia balances. Make sure your quote names the implant model or allowed device choices, the operating location and the procedures planned. Keep the exclusions attached to the signed estimate. If a test, prescription or clearance is ordered elsewhere, ask that provider for a separate estimate. Don’t add imagined fees to fill a gap; ask the office to name and price the missing service.

Plan for care outside the practice

A complete written quote gives you something you can compare line by line. Ask whether routine follow-up stays with the operating practice and whether a visit elsewhere would generate another bill. A website’s promise of office visits doesn’t establish payment for outside care. Keep the contact details for each biller with your estimate.

Name the implant model

The Aesthetic Society describes different price categories for traditional saline, silicone gel, structured saline and cohesive gel, without supplying a current brand-specific local fee. A silicone label alone doesn’t identify the device model, surface or warranty. ASPS describes saline as a salt-water-filled device; the fill comparison drawing explains contents rather than ranking implants. A surgeon can recommend a particular device for your anatomy and goals, but the price needs to say what was selected.

Compare matching services

Ask whether the amount changes for the proposed brand, gel or profile, and whether the alternative quote uses the same surgeon, anesthesia and facility. Don’t subtract the lowest saline advertisement from the highest silicone advertisement to invent an upgrade charge. Those offers can come from different businesses with different exclusions. A broad “gummy bear” phrase also doesn’t establish a specific model or included warranty.

Keep your device information

Keep your implant identification card after surgery so future imaging, recall checks and benefit questions can refer to the actual device.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Which exact saline or silicone model is included, and what changes in the written total if I choose the other option?”

What is missing from the offer

“Implant type not stated” means the priced offer doesn’t isolate saline from silicone. It doesn’t mean no implant is included. Conversely, a brand named elsewhere on the website doesn’t prove that brand is included in the particular promotion. Keep the evidence attached to the offer that actually mentions it. Some pages describe an area’s prices before discussing their own services; that area statement remains a market observation even if the practice wrote the article.

Shared technique prices

A separate technique-not-stated category covers pages whose priced description can include implants or fat transfer. Svelta and Henry Mentz publish shared technique offers, so those amounts aren’t isolated implant-only fees. The figures keep these categories apart. When you contact a practice, use its exact promotion or page and ask for the device, surgeon and payment conditions attached to it.

Request a specific estimate

If the office supplies a new written estimate, compare that document rather than assuming a missing field from general website copy. Unspecified pricing is a reason to ask for details.

Revision and exchange stay separate

Revision or exchange span $2,000 to $8,000 at Dr K Miami to $22,000 to $33,000 at Sadrian Plastic Surgery across 59 eligible own-fee observations, checked October 16, 2026. Dr K Miami’s lower endpoint is labelled an approximate average in its own schedule; it isn’t a binding quote. Sadrian’s upper revision offer includes a lift. Other-procedure combinations also remain separate.

Other procedures change the package

Kamran Azad’s starting offer includes internal support, while Christopher Patronella’s larger combination includes tummy tuck and several liposuction areas as well as silicone augmentation/lift. Patronella’s printed total conflicts with its printed component sum. The figure preserves the posted total and warning without replacing it with our arithmetic. A package price cannot tell you the isolated implant portion, and subtracting another website’s lift fee won’t reveal it.

Use the adjacent procedure guides

Ask for the proposed combined operation and any separately priced alternatives in writing. If you are considering a lift, fat transfer, implant exchange or removal, use the linked guides for those decisions. Their operative work, recovery and billing can differ from a first augmentation. Don’t treat a bundled discount as evidence that you need an additional operation.

Does over or under the muscle change breast augmentation cost?

ASPS distinguishes breast augmentation above the pectoral muscle from placement beneath it, but its placement explanation gives no priced over-versus-under surcharge, as checked October 16, 2026. The 2 placement categories in that explanation describe anatomy rather than comparable fee packages. A dual-plane plan also needs its own description; you can’t calculate its cost from the fill-specific advertisements in this guide.

Ask whether support material, a lift or fat transfer is separately planned and priced. No universal placement surcharge is established here.

Read the quote closely

Read the anatomy drawing

The drawing separates breast tissue, muscle and implant position so the quote can name the operation clearly. Partial muscle coverage doesn’t mean that muscle wraps around the entire device. Placement is a clinical planning choice, and a public price page that names one plane doesn’t establish the fee for another. Eugene Kim’s January 2016 video identifies implants, anesthesiologist fees and operating-room time as cost drivers without stating a fee or universal placement premium.

Ask about the proposed operation

Ask whether changing the proposed plane changes the expected operative work, facility time or follow-up plan in your case. If the surgeon proposes support material, a lift or fat transfer too, have those additions named. Don’t assume that a higher price establishes a better plane or that a less expensive quote means the same operation. The candidacy and placement guides explain the tradeoffs in more detail.

Compare equivalent plans

For price comparison, you need enough detail to check that both offices are quoting the same procedure and identifying any differences that matter to your anatomy.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“What implant plane are you proposing, and would another appropriate placement change my operation or written quote?”

Your quote

Does the breast augmentation incision change the price?

ASPS says breast augmentation incision selection depends on implant type, desired enlargement, anatomy and patient/surgeon preference; its incision guidance establishes no dollar surcharge, as checked October 16, 2026. The 3 schematic access sites shown here help identify what a quote describes, rather than pricing scars or predicting their appearance. Ask about the operation proposed for you before comparing a branded incision technique with a general augmentation advertisement.

Match access and aftercare to the quote

Implant access

Name the fold, areola or armpit approach discussed with your surgeon.

Separate a lift

A lift changes the operation and belongs in its own combined quote.

Care after surgery

Ask about incision checks, dressings, prescriptions and any separately billed wound care. ASPS guidance checked October 16, 2026.

Read the quote closely

Access is part of the plan

A fold, areola or armpit approach describes access to the implant pocket. It doesn’t by itself tell you which implant, anesthesia or facility the surgeon has priced. If a quote changes after examination, ask the office to explain whether the change concerns the device, surgical work, operating setting or an additional procedure. An incision for a lift is a different planning issue from an implant access incision, so a combined augmentation-and-lift estimate belongs in the combined scope.

Keep lift and aftercare separate

Ask what routine incision checks, dressings and garment instructions are included, and where unexpected wound care would be billed. You don’t need to choose access based on an unsupported price hierarchy. The useful comparison is a written plan that explains why the surgeon recommends the approach and what it includes. The drawing is an orientation aid, not a surgical recommendation or an illustration of the scar you will have.

Ask why the approach fits

Bring the same questions to each consultation so a technique name doesn’t obscure differences elsewhere in the quote.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Which incision do you recommend for my breast augmentation, and which related care or additional procedures are included in its price?”

Future bills

Do breast augmentation implant warranties pay for another surgery?

MENTOR, Natrelle, Sientra and Motiva separate qualifying implant replacement from conditional surgical-expense assistance in their own US terms, checked October 16, 2026; none of these 4 manufacturers’ programs establishes that every future breast augmentation bill is paid. For example, Sientra’s applicable Platinum20 terms provide lifetime qualifying rupture replacement and a one-time payment up to $5,000 within 20 years for eligible expenses not otherwise paid or waived. The event, time window and exclusions matter.

Four manufacturers’ own terms · checked October 16, 2026

MENTOR · device and cash benefits have different windows

MENTOR’s included gel plan offers lifetime qualifying rupture replacement and up to $3,500 of qualifying rupture expenses for 10 years. Included Baker III/IV contracture assistance is up to $2,000 for 2 years, with no prior contracture for financial assistance. Enhanced gel costs $300 within 45 days and extends specified benefits. Saline’s included plan provides qualifying device replacement; Enhanced costs $200 within 45 days and lists up to $2,400 for 10 years. Surgeries before January 1, 2021 use their original terms.

Natrelle / Allergan · recurrence and appearance exclusions

Natrelle gel lists lifetime qualifying rupture replacement and up to $3,500 of out-of-pocket assistance for 10 years. Baker III/IV contracture has 10-year device replacement but up to $2,000 for 2 years for augmentation, limited to one incident; recurrence is excluded. Saline Premier costs $200 within 45 days and lists up to $2,400 for qualifying deflation expenses over 10 years; saline contracture isn’t covered. Size dissatisfaction and specified procedure-related damage are excluded. The surgeon must contact Product Surveillance before surgery.

Sientra · Platinum20 is conditional assistance

Sientra’s applicable Platinum20 terms cover eligible implants placed on or after May 1, 2018. Qualifying rupture has lifetime device replacement and a one-time payment up to $5,000 within 20 years for eligible costs not otherwise paid or waived. Qualifying contracture, double capsule or late seroma has up to $2,000 for 2 years. Surgeon tracking is required within 60 days; preauthorization precedes revision and products/documents are due within 30 days after explant. Only the highest applicable cash benefit applies; lost wages and dissatisfaction are excluded.

Motiva · confirm the actual contract

Motiva’s 2024 US contract applies to qualifying implantation on or after September 26, 2024. Included qualifying rupture replacement is lifetime, with up to $3,500 once for eligible uncovered costs within 10 years. Included contracture assistance is up to $2,000 once within 2 years. Plus costs $250 within 90 days of implantation and lists up to $5,000 once for qualifying rupture within 10 years. Prior contracture with another brand and prior textured devices can affect eligibility. Registration confirmation, preauthorization and product return matter.

Read the quote closely

Keep the applicable device contract

Get the exact brand, model and warranty document applicable to your implantation date. A practice that lists several brands hasn’t promised every brand at the advertised price. The cards below use each manufacturer’s own terms rather than a competitor’s comparison chart. Device replacement can leave surgeon, anesthesia, facility, imaging and time-off costs. A cash ceiling is a maximum conditional benefit, not the amount everyone receives. Appearance or size dissatisfaction and specified procedure-related damage can be excluded.

Resolve contract uncertainties

Before another operation, the surgeon may need authorization and a plan for returning the removed device. Motiva’s live summary and 2024 contract differ in how some event benefits and prior-texture exclusions are presented; ask the manufacturer which full terms apply. Its unusual BIA-ALCL event-definition requirements remain an unresolved warranty-text issue, not diagnostic guidance. Its Femtech Freedom credit also incorporates separate terms that weren’t fully established in the accessed contract.

Read the full eligibility conditions

Don’t choose a device on the assumption that a headline warranty removes future financial responsibility. Sientra also requires qualifying surgery by a licensed physician who is board-certified or board-admissible in plastic surgery. Its contract requires documented actual out-of-pocket expenses and a patient liability release for benefits. Ask the office to explain these conditions before you rely on the program, and keep the full agreement with your implant records.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Can you give me my exact manufacturer warranty, registration confirmation, exclusions and the fees I could still owe for a revision?”

Future bills

What future breast augmentation costs should I plan for?

FDA’s September 2020 breast implant labeling guidance recommends first ultrasound or MRI at 5–6 years after silicone implantation in asymptomatic patients, then every 2–3 years; it gives no screening price, as checked October 16, 2026. FDA also says implants aren’t lifetime devices and their life cannot be predicted. Those statements support planning for surveillance and possible later surgery, without requiring replacement at a fixed anniversary.

Silicone surveillance and possible later bills

  1. 1Asymptomatic silicone implantsFirst ultrasound or MRI at 5–6 years
    • FDA September 2020 labeling guidance, checked October 16, 2026.
    • No screening price is established by this guidance.
  2. 2After the first screeningThen every 2–3 years
    • MRI for symptoms or an equivocal ultrasound under the labeling guidance.
    • Implant-integrity surveillance is separate from breast-cancer screening.
  3. 3Future surgeryNo mandatory replacement anniversary
    • FDA says implants are not lifetime devices and lifespan cannot be predicted.
    • Ask about later removal, replacement, warranty and insurance limitations.

Read the quote closely

Arrange and price the screening

Ask who will order the screening, where it can be performed and which provider can explain the result and arrange next steps. MRI is recommended for symptoms or an equivocal ultrasound under the labeling guidance. Implant-integrity surveillance is separate from breast-cancer screening; one doesn’t replace the other. A low advertised ultrasound fee isn’t a complete diagnostic-care budget, and this packet establishes no current national MRI cash price.

Monitoring and surgery are separate bills

Ask the imaging provider and your insurer for the relevant estimate rather than multiplying an assumed scan price over a lifetime. FDA cautions that monitoring, removal or replacement may be uninsured even when complications occur. Keep screening costs apart from a possible replacement operation. Revision can involve different work and a new device, and a manufacturer warranty may cover only an eligible part of the expenses. The revision cost guide covers those quotes.

Keep a follow-up plan

Ask what follow-up the original practice provides if you move, change insurers or need care years later. Keeping your implant card and operative records makes that conversation more specific.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Who will arrange my implant screening, what might I pay for it, and how would we handle a later removal or replacement bill?”

Local prices

How do breast augmentation prices compare by city?

Breast augmentation prices in this research cover 45 named metro groups across 197 practice websites, but the 465 retained observations checked October 16, 2026 don’t establish representative city prices. University of Utah Health’s Salt Lake City schedule is one named source, with saline at $6,550 and silicone at $7,500. The metro examples below keep each website’s fill type, city, fee basis and qualifying language attached to its price.

Read the quote closely

A metro group is not a market survey

Read the city printed beside each row. A surgeon can market to a larger metro while operating in a nearby city. The metro grouping makes examples easier to find; it doesn’t turn the sample into a survey of the region. A city with few clear own-fee statements can’t be ranked against one with more advertising.

Plan for domestic travel and follow-up

The displayed examples are selected own-fee offers within saline and silicone scopes, with same-website same-scope statements preserved so a conflicting page isn’t silently resolved. Check the current written quote and treating surgeon before booking. If you are considering travel within the US, compare the entire plan, including the necessary stay, transport, a helper, follow-up visits and how you would receive care after returning home.

Compare care alongside cost

This packet gives no complete travel budget or rule that a particular city is cheaper after those costs. A nearby office can still have separately billed services, and a distant package can still exclude expenses. Price alone doesn’t establish surgeon credentials, facility arrangements or the quality of your proposed care.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Where will my operation and follow-up happen, and what additional local or travel costs should I include in this comparison?”

Lindon and Draper statements

Crofts MD’s Lindon page posts a $6,000 starting figure with surgeon, operating room and anesthesia stated. Peak Plastic Surgery in Draper has an own-fee $7,000 to $10,000 statement and a separate Utah market discussion at $7,000 to $12,000. Its returned Markdown was readable, but normal browser rendering remained uncertain. The Rose Clinic and Trenton Jones pages describe area prices rather than their own fees.

Layton’s separate operations

York Yates MD in Layton lists $10,000 to $11,000 for implant augmentation, $16,000 to $18,000 with a lift and $14,000 to $15,000 for hybrid augmentation, with core fees explicitly included. Its exchange and abdominal combinations stay in their own categories below. Envision Cosmetic Surgery’s Murray homepage starts augmentation at $7,500 without establishing inclusions. Those cities remain attached to the observations even when the websites also serve Salt Lake City.

Confirm the surgeon and location

A Utah page’s generic board-certified wording doesn’t establish that the operating surgeon holds a particular board credential. Ask which physician will operate and verify that person’s actual specialty board separately from the price discussion.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Which Utah location and surgeon does this offer cover, and can you separate implant-only, combined-operation and exchange prices for my plan?”

Does insurance cover breast augmentation or breast implants?

Aetna’s policy 0031, reviewed June 25, 2026, lists cosmetic breast augmentation as excluded, while Medicare’s public page describes conditional reconstructive exceptions including breast reconstruction after cancer mastectomy, as checked October 16, 2026. These are different indications and benefit rules. Covered reconstruction or implant removal doesn’t establish coverage for a cosmetic augmentation or a new cosmetic replacement implant. Policy text is not a coverage guarantee.

Read the actual plan criteria

ASPS says most plans don’t cover cosmetic augmentation and may exclude related complications or appearance revision. Cigna’s policy 0048, effective April 15, 2026, has specified removal criteria, including imaging-confirmed silicone rupture under the applicable branch; replacement remains restricted to its reconstruction-related criteria. Regence’s general Surgery 12 policy, effective September 1, 2026, defers to member contract language and a breast-specific policy.

Separate removal from replacement

Its Surgery 40 does not make cosmetic revision broadly covered merely because the patient wants a change; specific medical-necessity and explantation branches require their own review. The accessed Select Health portal established no augmentation-specific decision. That access gap is neither approval nor denial. Before paying a deposit, ask your actual insurer about the planned operation, surgeon, anesthesia provider, facility, prior authorization and exclusions. Ask what you could owe even if part of the operation is covered.

Confirm your own benefits

Keep any cosmetic addition and its quote separate from reconstructive services. A practice’s willingness to submit paperwork, someone else’s approval story or a public coverage paragraph cannot substitute for your member benefit and a written patient estimate.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Can your office and my insurer identify the exact covered indication, authorization requirements, exclusions and amounts I may owe before I pay a deposit?”

Paying

What would monthly payments for breast augmentation cost?

Financing the University of Utah Health’s $6,550 saline breast augmentation price in a hypothetical 24-month, 17.9% APR amortizing loan produces payments of $326.69 and total repayment of $7,840.48, including $1,290.48 in interest, using the verified scenario checked October 16, 2026. This is a model built from 1 posted principal, not a loan approval or an actual card statement. The practice’s advertised operation price is separate from borrowing costs.

The same principal, different terms

The 4 illustrations below finance the same principal using the rates and terms in the research scenarios. Longer terms can lower the monthly payment while increasing total interest; the different APRs also contribute to these examples’ totals. Payments and total repayment are rounded independently from the unrounded amortization result, so the final payment reconciles the cents.

Deferred interest needs a payoff plan

CFPB explains that deferred-interest promotions can charge interest back to the purchase date if the promotional balance isn’t paid in full on time. A required minimum payment may not clear that balance by the deadline. Ask for the actual APR, fees, term, promotional payoff date and total repayment before accepting an offer. PatientFi, CareCredit, Cherry and Alphaeon descriptions aren’t interchangeable promises of zero interest. Alphaeon’s saved agreement was retained, but a fresh request was blocked.

Compare your actual contract

This guide doesn’t establish your offered terms or qualification. Read the shared cosmetic-surgery financing guide for the borrowing comparison, and preserve room in your budget for prescriptions, help, screening and possible later care rather than treating a monthly advertisement as the full cost of surgery.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“What are my actual APR, fees, total repayment and promotional payoff deadline, and what happens if I pay late or cancel surgery?”

Patient reports

What do patients say they paid for breast augmentation?

Patients in the retained breast augmentation source threads reported $7,500 for a 2019 Northern California saline operation and $5,300 for a 2020 Orange County operation with implant type unstated; these are 2 unverified patient-reported amounts from 1 thread, checked October 16, 2026. Another report in that thread gives $12,000 for implants and a lift in San Diego without a reliable calendar year. None is a current practice quote or a typical price.

Observations are not independent bills

The research preserves 25 patient-price observations from 6 source threads, including quotes, payments, alternative plans and nested components. That isn’t a count of independent final bills. The selected examples below keep the reported location, year, procedure and inclusion gaps. The same source can contain several speakers, and a paid-sounding amount can later be clarified as a quote for upcoming surgery. Don’t count the same experience or fee component again as a separate operation.

Keep each video’s scope

The two cost videos are also personal accounts: @kimmmycakes describes a historical silicone operation in Miami with travel and hotel separate, while @chanellmays describes a combined lift and implant bundle with currency unstated in speech. Their stories can help you ask what an amount includes, but they don’t validate today’s fee or establish another person’s eligibility. Neither story supplies a complete itemized surgeon, facility and anesthesia invoice.

Ask about the missing itemization

Use these experiences to identify missing questions in your own estimate rather than to negotiate from an assumed national patient average. The practice’s written offer and the loan contract still need their own review.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Which costs in these patient stories would be included in my quote, and which would I pay separately?”

Your consult

What should I ask before paying for breast augmentation?

ASPS recommends asking how breast augmentation complications are handled and how many future implant-related operations may be expected; its consultation guidance, checked October 16, 2026, supports getting a written plan for the first operation and later care. This guide’s 16 chapters turn the source findings into questions you can save. A price comparison is useful only after the surgeon identifies the operation, device, billers and follow-up responsibilities.

Compare the plan alongside the price

  • Named operating surgeon and exact specialty board
  • Implant model, placement, incision and any added operation
  • Operating location and separately billed services
  • Anesthesia provider, fees and expected setting
  • Follow-up location, duration and urgent contact
  • Practice revision terms and manufacturer warranty
  • Written total, exclusions and cancellation terms
  • Who pays for unexpected care and later surgery

Read the quote closely

Match the advertisement to your plan

Bring the advertisement you saw and ask the office to show how it relates to your estimate. Confirm the operating surgeon’s name, specific specialty board and facility rather than relying on an unspecified board-certified label. Ask what happens if the proposed plan changes after examination, whether the deposit is refundable and when the written quote expires. These are questions for the office; the packet establishes no universal deposit or cancellation policy.

Request the separate agreements

Ask who answers concerns after hours and who provides follow-up if you return home to another city. A complication policy, surgeon-fee waiver and manufacturer warranty are separate documents, so request each applicable set of conditions. Find out whether a possible revision could leave facility and anesthesia charges even if a device or surgeon fee is covered. Keep a copy of the quote, implant information, warranty confirmation and payment agreement.

Keep your records and compare answers

For breast augmentation before and after, browse the linked photo collection and discuss examples relevant to your anatomy; photos cannot establish the complete price or promise a result. You can take time to compare written answers before committing money to an operation.

Ask about your breast augmentation quote

“Before I pay, can we review my complete operation, total fees, follow-up plan, cancellation terms and responsibility for future care?”

How we read breast augmentation prices

We used 465 KEEP/FIX price observations from 197 websites, checked October 16, 2026. Examples preserve their fee basis, scope and qualifying language. The linked dataset contains the full retained ledger.

Two separate middle-half figures

For each fill type, we use the lowest eligible own-fee amount per normalized website, then nearest-rank quartiles. This is a description of posted starting points. It does not count independent businesses or patient bills.

Eight scopes remain separate

Saline, silicone, implant type not stated, technique not stated, with lift, with liposuction or fat, revision/exchange and other combinations never share a spread. Market estimates and duplicate observations cannot anchor the middle half.

Selected price examples

Figures show the websites at scope endpoints, their same-scope conflicting statements, selected metro examples and every Utah observation. A starting floor has no published ceiling. Hidden metadata dates do not date an offer. The full dataset keeps the remaining observations.

Source limits

Patient-reported amounts aren’t verified invoices or spread inputs. Forum counts are source counts. National benchmarks retain their own year and fee definition. Manufacturer benefits require the applicable contract. Loan examples use standard amortization, not card billing.
