Structured consultation requests, not promised outcomes

RealAfters lets people browse practice-attributed records and send a request to a selected practice. The practice still determines clinical fit, payment, and scheduling.

Define what a request establishes

A request records that a person selected a practice and submitted the available fields. It may contain optional photos and goals.

It does not establish identity, clinical suitability, ability to pay, appointment attendance, or readiness to proceed. Practices must complete their own intake, consent, assessment, and follow-up.

Evaluate the workflow with first-party practice records. Keep request, response, written acceptance, scheduling, payment, and clinical completion as separate events.

How RealAfters flips the funnel

The patient’s journey starts with your work — not with an ad or search result.

01

The patient browses before-and-after photos

Scrolling through a feed of practice-published results. Filtering by procedure and location. Saving the results that catch their eye.

02

They open a practice profile

A person can open the profile linked to an attributed record. Placement is not a paid position or a clinical-quality score.

03

They explore your profile

They see the credentials and specializations you publish, your portfolio, bio, and location. Patients should independently verify credentials with authoritative sources.

04

They submit a consultation request

The request goes to the selected practice and may include photos and goals. It does not establish clinical suitability, commitment, or a scheduled appointment.

What context may be available

They’ve explored your published portfolio

Patients can study the results your practice chooses to publish and ask you directly about the treating clinician, consent, image history, and case details before deciding whether to continue.

The request is directed to one selected practice

That selection identifies the recipient of the request. It does not prove why the person selected the practice or how far along they are in a decision.

Optional fields can add context

Photos and goals may help a team prepare a response, but submitted information may be incomplete and is not a clinical assessment.

They can ask more specific questions

A portfolio gives patients concrete examples to discuss, while your team supplies the clinical context and explains what may—or may not—be comparable to their own situation.

Frequently asked questions

Does RealAfters pre-qualify a patient?

No. A request may include optional photos and goals, but it does not establish identity, clinical fit, ability to pay, purchase intent, or readiness to schedule. The practice performs its own intake and assessment.

How is this different from a generic contact form?

The request is sent to the selected practice and can be viewed alongside that practice’s attributed portfolio. Fields may be optional or incomplete, and no outcome is guaranteed.

What conversion rate should I expect?

RealAfters does not promise a conversion rate. Define the evaluation period and compare product events with your own scheduling, payment, and clinical records.

How does the patient find me?

They scroll a feed of practice-published results, filter by procedure and location, and save what they like. When yours stands out, they can open your profile and explore your portfolio.

How do I get started?

Claim your practice profile, complete the account review, and publish accurately attributed outcomes that you have permission to share. Patients can then discover the profile and request consultations.

Stop competing on ad spend
