Antonio J. Gayoso began practicing plastic surgery in St. Petersburg in 1998. He earned his medical degree at the University of Miami and completed general and plastic surgery training at the Medical University of South Carolina. Frank Beninger is a plastic surgeon and partner at Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in St. Petersburg. He completed fellowship training at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City. He performs cosmetic surgery of the face, breasts and body.

Annie Zoller is a family nurse practitioner at Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa. She studied biomedical sciences at Auburn University and nursing at the University of South Florida before earning a master’s degree in family health. Her clinical services include botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, threads and laser treatments.

Carrie Kessinger is a medical aesthetician at Gayoso Plastic Surgery and MedSpa. She provides skin rejuvenation services and has training in laser hair removal, IPL, radiofrequency treatments, chemical peels and microneedling.
