“Been coming here since I was a kid (20+ years roughly) and I remember loathing the experience of going to a dentist. Ever since knowing the main receptionist lady Lori and having putting the trust in the team to do teeth cleanings, going to this dentist office has made the experience of getting your teeth cleaned a smooth, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist staff are wonderful. Lori is a bunch of joy and presents a welcoming vibe when you walk in. She treats you like a friend whether you're a regular or a new patient. She is happy to answer any questions or concerns you have; whether it's looking to do 4 month or 6 month appointments, to rescheduling your appointments, she ensures she answers your questions as best and as transparent as she can. She does her best to fulfill requests whenever possible. She takes the time to get to know her customers, which exemplifies many reasons on why many people look forward to coming back. Even if Lori is not there to check you in, her other receptionist colleagues carry that same welcoming vibe when you walk in and check-in. The team really get along well with each other and they pass that on to how they treat customers, both new and regular. The hygienists are the best at what they do. From some of the long-time ones I've had since I was little to some of the recent ones, they do their best to ensure your teeth are clean and offer to give you tips to better take care of your teeth. The veteran hygienists work really hard to clean out gross stains from someone like me and they don't judge you for having them. I appreciate them from someone who has sensitive teeth and are prone to stains. They are accommodating to the patient's needs and sensitive spots when it comes to cleaning your teeth. If you ever get tickles or sensitivity pain during the cleaning, they encourage you to let them know and they will go easy on you. They are also engaging and love getting to know their patients, so it's great to be able to conduct small talk and feel like you're talking to a friend. Dr. Sherman is a great person as well; having only met him a couple of times, he is one of the friendliest dentists around and always presents himself as an easy going person and ensures that you have a good experience. If you ever get the chance to meet him, I would do it in a heartbeat. If you are ever looking for a new dentist office to take care of you or your family, this is the place and I cannot emphasize that enough. They strive for excellence and great service even for over 20+ years, which is commendable!”

“I need to share how absolutely incredible this dentist office is! I have been going to this office for literally the last 30 years. Ever since I was a young teenager. I now live in Saratoga Springs, but travel the 30+ minutes to come here because I just love it. To start, the receptionist, Lori, is truly like family to me and my siblings and parents. She has taken care of us and certainly goes the extra mile to fit us in the schedule even when it’s inconvenient. Lori is simply the best ever and makes you feel like a million bucks just because she truly cares! She will work with your schedule. The dental hygienist are warm and caring and do a fantastic job. The dentist, Dr. Sherman is also very exceptional!! He has done a great job with all the dental needs that I have had over many years. I would more than highly recommend this dentist office!”
