They ask how your comfortability is through out. They make suggestions in a way that seem more like constructive criticism versus what you are doing wrong. 10>10 times would I recommend this office and their staff for dental work, care, upkeep for my family friends and everyone I try care about their over well being!”
“I have experienced numerous amounts of dental work with many different dentists since I was 5 years old. Now that I am 27 years old, I have to say, I have not come across such a thorough, professional and knowledgeable dentist. Doctor Campbell is top notch. He took time not only to explain my concerns to me, but to be personable and create a relationship of trust. I believe it is imperative to be able to confide in your dentist. I immediately felt that with him. He is kind, patient, intelligent and professional. He took the time to explain step by step what is happening. He fit me in for a filling the same day as my first exam and it was my first appointment ever in his office. He took great care of me. He was efficient, steady and meticulous with the new filling he did on my lower right tooth. Also, Chelsea his dental assistant, is so sweet and has an impressive skillset herself! She has had years of experience being an assistant at an Endodontist office as well! She also has spent time expanding her career in dentistry. I could tell that I was in good hands at this office. Additionally, Lindsey, their office financial advisor, came in before any procedures begun to go over pricing and what insurance does/does not cover. She was very nice as well. This process relieved me of stress because they take the time and initiative instead of me having to ask or receive a bill later that I was not aware of. I will be visiting this office from here forward to be under Doctor Campbell’s care and his team as well. This office is a successful and honest practice. I am so grateful I found them thanks to my husband and his family recommending them. My husband sees Keisha and she is so friendly! I really like her a lot as well. “I went to Legacy Dental today as a new patient. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. It's been far too long since I’ve had a cleaning. I went today because I was having some pain on both sides of my mouth. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get any work done; however, after a screening, I was offered treatment to fix the right side of my mouth because there were some issues with my fillings. I figured, since I’m here, I may as well. The process was quick and smooth. I am terrified of needles, mix this with the dentist office and my anxiety is through the roof, however Dr Stewart and his technician (Lindsey, I think, sorry if that’s wrong ) were so quick and talked me through everything! I am so grateful to all the staff there who made this experience quick, easy, and a little less terrifying! Although I am not exactly looking forward to my future appointment, I am not dreading it because I know I’m in good hands! This will be my go-to dental office in the future.”
