Portland Plastic Surgery Group is a plastic surgery practice in Portland’s Pearl District, in the Albers Mill Building on Northwest Naito Parkway. Its four board-certified plastic surgeons, Dr. H. Daniel Zegzula, Dr. Shannon O’Brien, Dr. Austin Hayes and Dr. Kyle Baltrusch, perform surgery of the breast, body and face, including breast reconstruction. Two physician assistants, Colleen Phillips and Geneva Eagon, provide aesthetic treatments and assist in the operating room. Nonsurgical treatments, including injectables, laser treatments and skin care, are offered through the practice’s MD Beauty Lab. Payment plans are available through PatientFi and CareCredit.
