“I was looking for something closer and found this on Google. I’ve been super happy with them. There’s more availability here than my last dentist. They are also using AI tool assist Dr. Mortenson in examining your teeth. He goes over the images with you and it clearly shows where there may need to be some care or follow ups. It’s nice being able to get his opinion but also form your own based on How AI marked up the pictures. They send you home with the usuals (toothpaste, floss, toothbrush) then also added mouthwash and mints. I’ve never gotten mouthwash and mints from a dentist visit so I was pleasantly surprised by this. They also left a paper that recommends a mouthwash and toothpaste to help mineralize the enamel and reverse some potential cavities. He’s not sponsored by it, just wanted to recommend. It is pretty expensive compared to buying it at Costco, but could be nice to prevent future issues.”
“Dr. Mortenson gave me a root canal today and I am happy to say that it went very well and I feel great. The staff is helpful and courteous, the office is in a great location and last but not least, Dr. Mortenson is thorough and has a great bedside manner. The experience was a 10/10 for me!”

Dr. Mortenson explained everything he was doing step-by-step so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. He even reached out to me later in the day to make sure I was feeling okay after the procedure. I would definitely recommend them!”
“I cannot say enough about my experience at Plain City Family Dental, they made me feel welcome and at ease. This was my second visit and I I’ll be going back! Dr. Peter Mortenson is very caring and gentle, as I’ve had to have extensive oral surgery with bone graphs placed, crown prep and cavities filled (he does it all). My hygienist Amy also did a fantastic cleaning, she’s wonderful, sweet & caring. I love how they both explained in detail what they were doing during all procedures. I highly recommend this office!”
