She always checks if the heat is tolerable and makes sure I’m comfortable during every session, and she’s incredibly patient—even when I’m running late. I also went in for a Valentine’s Day facial with her and loved it. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing — my face is glowing! “I have been to a couple of Spa Trouvé’s in the valley and this is my favorite location. Recently renovated, the atmosphere is very inviting, modernized and comfortable. The staff is amazing too…2 people that really stick out to me was the manager, Lexi, and front desk receptionist, Brooke, who both greeted me upon entering and were both super friendly and enthusiastic with helping me and the information they provided me. I had laser hair removal treatment on my full legs and Brazilian. The aesthetician was very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, an amazing experience with a company who puts an emphasis on customer experience and satisfaction.”
