“I have a huge fear of anything dentist! Yet know some things are necessary. I have been a patient of Highland Heights Dental for several years. The staff are so professional and friendly. Dr. Smith is the best. Manages to help me feel calm. He takes the time to explain procedures in a way even I can understand. Recently I had an issue that resulted in a couple follow up visits. Dr. Smith was willingly listen and try several things to figure out what was causing the problem and resolving it. I would highly recommend Highland Heights Dental to anyone looking for dental care.”
“Everyone that has worked on me at this office is fantastic and very personable! Dr. Marcine and Dr. Smith are great! My Hygienist Jessica is very thorough and makes sure I'm comfortable.”
“The entire team at Highland Heights Dental are awesome people! They are friendly and know their jobs well. Dr. Smith takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions regarding treatment. I am grateful to have him as my dentist and look forward to many more years under his care.”
“I had an excellent experience with Dr. Smith and Hygienist Jessica at Highland Heights Dental. I appreciate Dr. Smith's conservative and trustworthy approach. I've had two crowns here. He took the time to get them just right. They are holding up well. He said a third possible crown wasn't urgent. The pricing here is reasonable compared to some other dental offices I've tried. Both Dr. Smith and Jessica are outstanding, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything very clearly. I appreciated how gentle Jessica was cleaning my teeth. Catherine at the front desk is great with scheduling, too. If you’re looking for a dental team that is skilled, ethical, and genuinely cares about patients, I recommend Highland Heights Dental.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this office! From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly kind and clearly cares about their patients. Catherine greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process seamless. Jon and Dallin were attentive and caring assistants, while Jessica and Lisa were both wonderful, thorough hygienists. Dr. Smith and Dr. Marcine are true professionals who lead a fantastic team. Every single person here is outstanding—I highly recommend them!”
