“Nice staff, but felt a little bit like a factory. Doctor Croft is hard to talk to, and you get directed to his staff most of the time. I would give them 5 stars on the point of me picking the right size for my body. But everything else was much less than 5 stars. It’s been a little over a year since I had my breast augmentation, and I’m not happy with the work. My nipples sit really high, breasts sit pretty far apart ( wish I would of been told about some of this stuff more) and if I’m not careful, my nipples pop out of my bra when wearing normal bra or low cut swimming suit , and you can see a bump where the implant is. I have silicone implants. Update - talked with staff and they informed me that I paid for insurance if this was to happen, I was under the impression that the insurance was only for during surgery. Could have been me not understanding the full details of the insurance. So for all those getting this surgery pay extra to cover yourself . Especially if you do a lift and implants at the same time . it’s hard to know how the body is going to be after them and another surgery may be needed to get them just right. This is on its way to being 5 star”

“Dr Crofts did such a fabulous job on my tummy tuck. I am so incredibly happy with it - and it’s only been 5 weeks out. My belly button looks perfect and I can’t wait for summer!!! “Dr. Croft and his office staff are very professional. They gave me a warm welcome and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond helping me to make up my mind about what size implants I wanted and even showed me how to know what was the best fit for my body’s shape and size. Dr Croft even helped me to understand that having elective surgery is about having confidence in your body and how it can boost self esteem. In doing so, he helped to ease my feelings of guilt because I felt like I was being “vain” when so many live with disfiguring scars and birth defects.
