Dr. Marvin Spann is a board-certified plastic surgeon and co-owner of Couture Dermatology & Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas. He performs cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast and body, including breast augmentation, breast lifts and reductions, tummy tucks, liposuction, facelifts and rhinoplasty, as well as breast reconstruction.

Dr. Candace Thornton Spann is a board-certified dermatologist and co-owner of Couture Dermatology & Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas. She treats skin conditions in patients of all ages and skin types, including acne, hair loss in women and skin cancer, performs dermatologic surgery to remove cancerous and benign lesions, and offers skin rejuvenation, injectables and other nonsurgical cosmetic treatments.

Dr. Mitchell Lyons is a plastic surgeon at Couture Dermatology & Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas, where he has practiced since 2024. He performs both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.

Joi Sawyer is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Couture Dermatology & Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas. She worked as an emergency department nurse practitioner for more than 10 years before moving to preventive and integrative medicine, and she has a particular interest in aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology and nonsurgical anti-aging treatments.

She practices medical and cosmetic dermatology, including diagnosis, treatment, minor surgery and skin exams. She joined the practice after graduating and trained under Dr. Candace Spann.
