“If I could give more than five stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, I knew this office was different. Not only was I welcomed by a front desk team that was friendly, attentive, efficient, and genuinely made me feel like a valued patient, but the office didn't even have the typical smell of a dental office. Instead, it smelled fresh, clean, and inviting, which immediately made me feel more relaxed. The office itself is beautiful, luxurious, and incredibly well organized. My hygienist, Erin, gave me the BEST dental experience I've ever had. What impressed me most wasn't just her clinical skill it was the way she treated me as a person. She took the time to sit down in front of me, maintain genuine eye contact, and actively listen to every concern and question I had without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Her compassion, patience, and professionalism were evident throughout the entire appointment. I mentioned that I have sensitive teeth and concerns about my gums, and Erin approached everything with exceptional gentleness and empathy. She consistently checked on my comfort, explained what she was doing before she did it, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She has an incredible ability to make patients feel at ease while remaining highly efficient and thorough. Rather than simply performing a cleaning, she educated me throughout the appointment, introducing me to dental terminology, explaining the "why" behind her recommendations, and helping me better understand my oral health. I left feeling informed, empowered, and far more knowledgeable than when I arrived. Her passion for patient education, thoughtful communication, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine compassion are qualities that are incredibly rare, and they made a lasting impression on me. Dr. Shaun Dearing was equally outstanding. She was attentive, compassionate, and truly listened. Every concern I brought up was addressed thoughtfully, and I never once felt like I was being rushed through my appointment. It's rare to find a provider who combines clinical expertise with such genuine passion for patient care, but Dr. Dearing does exactly that. The digital scan of my mouth (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) was also an amazing experience. I'd never had one before, and it gave me a much better understanding of my dental health. It's clear this office invests in both excellent technology and patient education. There are so many more positive things I could say, but this review would never end. What stood out most was how every person I interacted with made me feel heard, respected, informed, and comfortable. “Had a filling come out on a previously chipped tooth, and they had an emergency appointment available the following morning. It turned out there was a cavity behind it, but Dr. Dearing fixed it perfectly. Her assistant Asia and the rest of the office staff took great care of me. I was in and out in less than an hour, didn’t even notice the numbing shot, and the tooth feels great! Dr. Dearing even reached out later in the day to make sure everything was still feeling okay.”
