Dr. Andrew Kornstein is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the medical director of Amaira Med Spa & Surgical. He performs rhinoplasty, fat grafting, breast surgery, body contouring and hairline lowering, and has offered radiofrequency nonsurgical skin tightening since 2015.

Dr. Jacob Freiman

Dr. Jacob Freiman is a board-certified plastic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons who operates at Amaira’s surgical centers in Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach and West Palm Beach. He is trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, and hand and microvascular surgery.

Dr. Zachary Gerut

Dr. Zachary Gerut is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Amaira Med Spa & Surgical who has practiced cosmetic plastic surgery for more than 30 years. He has published new surgical procedures, has invented surgical devices, and has been a consultant to biomedical companies including Baxter.

Dr. Scott Wells

Dr. Scott Wells is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Amaira Med Spa & Surgical who also practices in New York City and Palm Beach. His surgical work centers on facial rejuvenation, including facelift, neck lift and upper and lower eyelid surgery, along with CO2 laser resurfacing, injectables, and stem cell and PRP treatments. He created an approach he calls Balanced Organic Rejuvenation.

Dr. Tarik Husain is a plastic and orthopedic surgeon based in Miami Beach who focuses on male body and facial aesthetics. He is known for abdominal etching, a liposuction technique that defines the abdominal muscles, and for deep plane facelift surgery, and he pairs surgery with hormone optimization, peptide therapy and nonsurgical body contouring.

Dr. Kandace Kichler

Cosmetic Surgery

Dr. Kandace Kichler is a cosmetic surgeon at Amaira Med Spa & Surgical, certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She performs breast augmentation and lifts, tummy tucks, fat transfer, Brazilian butt lifts, Lipo360, body lifts and labiaplasty, and she created SlimSculpt, an awake liposuction technique. She also offers facial injectables and medical weight loss before and after procedures.

Dr. Sam Nasseri is a fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon and a diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery who sees patients at Amaira Med Spa & Surgical. His procedures include breast augmentation and lift, liposuction, Brazilian butt lift, tummy tuck and mommy makeover. He is also board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology.

Natalie Alanez is a certified physician assistant and aesthetic injector at Amaira Med Spa & Surgical with more than six years of experience in cosmetic medicine. She completed a master’s degree in dietetics before earning her physician assistant degree in medical sciences at Miami Dade College, and she combines preventive health with aesthetic medicine in her approach to injectables.

Crystal Ming is a board-certified physician assistant at Amaira Med Spa & Surgical with eight years of experience in medical aesthetics, including fillers, neurotoxins, skin rejuvenation and body contouring treatments. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Nova Southeastern University and a master’s degree in clinical medical science at Barry University, and she trained in Los Angeles before returning to South Florida.
