“I cannot say enough good things about Epiphany Clinic. As someone who worked in the industry for almost five years, I came in expecting a typical med spa experience, but I was genuinely surprised by how much more welcoming, transparent, and patient centered it was. Everyone here is truly kind, genuine, patient, and incredibly caring. Stephany is beyond knowledgeable, and for my neurotoxin appointment, I can confidently say she has the lightest, most comfortable hand I’ve ever experienced! I’ve been injected by multiple providers, and this was by far the most gentle. I didn’t even need to use the ‘gold buzzy’ for pain. She thoroughly explained everything, went over future treatment options with zero pressure to do more or spend more, and was very respectful of budget. I really appreciated that everything was simply offered, not pushed. She also clearly broke down pricing in the room, which is a huge game changer and something I haven’t seen before. I highly, highly recommend this clinic. I truly can’t say enough good things. Plus, the space is absolutely gorgeous and very clean.”

“I gonna be candid- I was a little grumpy the very first time I showed up here, which is INSANE given that I was the one who scheduled and wanted to be seen but hear me out. In the past, I have had a couple bad experiences with medical spas and just felt like other places would upsell me on all these packages with high pressure sells tactics which i absolutely despise and i never got good results from these large chain companies. That being said- When I came here I showed up with my guard up and a little on the defense and I very much regret it. Rachelle is an absolute gem, not only is she the most thorough, precise, and invested esthetician but she truly cares about her patients and their results. You can just feel her commitment and dedication to her craft when you meet her. When she’s treated my skin it feels like the same she would do for her own family. I’ve never felt so cared about by a medical spa before! Do yourself a favor and go here, to a small chain that cares about you and is invested in you and if you can help it, avoid the large chains that oversell and under deliver. It will be worth it, I promise. I will forever support this clinic.”

“Very professional and caring staff. Last year the clinic recommended to wait after summer to do the laser treatment to ensure I retain the results which I really appreciated. Yesterday, the Esthetician Rashelle did a BBL and MOXI on my face, neck, and chest and before that they took pictures with a special camera that captured the damage under my skin to ensure she targeted the problem areas. I was nervous but Rashelle made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the entire process explaining each step in detail along the way. Can't wait to recover and see my results!
