“The office staff and Dr. Forsha were impeccable. The staff was friendly and efficent. Dr. Forsha was very thorough and spent time explaining in detail my skin issues. He even prescirbed medication that will cure my toenail fungus, which I have been dealing with for years. I highly recommend Jordan Valley Dermatology and Dr. Forsha!!!!!”
“Nothing but bad experiences here. Very first visit it took us about 45 minutes to get into a room and the doctor popped in for literally 2 minutes and pretty much said "Yep he has cystic acne", did a quick prescription and left and it cost us over $200 for that. 2nd visit was about the same. They tried doing blood work but we're unsuccessful so it didn't even happen and got a even larger bill for a basic quick office visit.”
“The place looks nice and very fancy. Our initial appointment we waited in room for NP for quite a long time and when seen felt rushed as they were closing. We scheduled for a cyst removal 2 weeks later. Today after arrival of appointment we were told they scheduled us for the wrong type of appointment. They reacheduled us for following day and then we received call half hour later that was too an error type of appointment and asked to reschedule again. We cancelled and will look elsewhere.”
“Their staff made a mistake that prevented me from getting my medication for an entire month. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and was extremely unprofessional. Because of their error, I was unable to access my prescription and had to stop taking my medication for a full month. This situation could have been avoided with proper attention and communication. I am very disappointed with the level of service I received.”
“I went here to get my moles looked at. The place was very nice and so were the people. I got moles removed I never got told how to clean it. They told me I needed to wait 2-3 days for my test results to come back. it unfortunately got infected and I called and called and called and nobody answered, I finally got a text from them telling me to send them a picture of my leg. I got my antibiotics and was doing better. Then I called about my test results after a week and they said I got the times mixed up and that it was 2-3 weeks. I finally got my test results back after a month in the mail. I got a letter of my results, no phone call. I just think everything was handled very unprofessionally and I don’t think I’ll ever come back.”
