I was overly excited to begin a procedure with Bosley; however, when it care time to discuss financial program my excitement dropped. I was willing to pay finically installment plans with fore thought of close to $1000 a month, but you only finiance through credit approval. It saddens me that your limitation on financial options will cause me to look elsewhere.”
“Sat down with a consultant to explore options and Beth was very informative and non-salesy! She explained all the options and answered all of my questions until I didn't have anymore questions to ask. At the end, there was no pressure to purchase any product or procedure. This was quite refreshing because I am clearly only in at the informational stage of my decision process. I gave four stars only because I really haven't tried any treatments or products yet and I don't want to mislead by giving a review of the product or services before I actually become a customer. But if they treat potential customers like they treated me, I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone.”
