“From the very start the staff was polite professional and had me feeling at ease. The wait was extremely short and the Dr came through the door and made everything very light hearted and almost fun considering the nature of the visit. Professional yet down to earth and easy to talk to and she had no problem answering or explaining any questions I had. The procedures that were done by her staff was quick painless and always professional. As it's easy to see my experience with Nancy Shena and her staffw and always has been a great experience and I have and will continue to recommend.”
“So far it been alright, I still have not had my surgery for my pilonidial cyst. They gave me instruction to call the McKay Dee hospital to get cost estimate for anystetia and hospital stay... I called that number left a voicemail. Nobody got back to me. I have called and been bounced from on department to the next... You guy should look into getting that info correct...”
“Pretty damn pathetic that they don't give you any way to cancel your appointment online on the weekends (can't even leave a VM) but they will charge me $25 in the morning for a late cancel even though I've been trying to get ahold of them since Friday afternoon.”
“Absolutely would not recommend this clinic. After my appointment, the front desk clerk said that everything was covered by insurance, and that I had no expenses to pay. I come to find out 9-months later that I had a balance due after being served, where they charged almost 300% more fee's for penalties and legal fees. I'm not sure if they are getting a kickback from the collection/legal group they are affiliated with, but the fact that their employees said I had no additional fee's to pay, and then snuck in additional charges following my appointment months later has completely blindsided me. Additionally, the doctor that saw me said there was no solution to my problem without even looking at what my skin issue was, based on the initial form they had me fallout. I had to insist that he even look at my problem to get him to take a look at my skin issue, and he made the same vague remarks that there was nothing to be done (I fixed my problem months later by applying ointments to my skin at the suggestion of a friend with the same issue). Complete waste of time and money. if you don't want to get hit with a surprise collection months after your appointment, and you don't want a doctor that cares more about collecting your initial patient fee's, I would highly recommend you stay away from this clinic. This is supported by the sheer amount of 1-2 star reviews if you sort by "newest" reviews - my guess is that their high ratings are based on a marketing push done a long time ago, which unfortunately fooled me when I initially looked for a dermatologist.”
