I reached out for an appointment and Jennifer was able to get me in the next day! I had a fantastic experience, I received a new crown in less than two hours! “The dentist is great, but the billing department is completely unacceptable. My son has gone to this office his entire life. After he turned 18, he continued care and had work done. It took them two years to process the insurance claim. During that time, they accepted payments — then suddenly stopped and demanded the full remaining balance within two months. After their own two-year delay, that demand was unreasonable. The account was sent to collections, and now they refuse to see anyone in our family. Excellent dental care does not excuse poor, disorganized, and punitive billing practices. Be very cautious and get everything in writing before agreeing to treatment.”
