You pay when the patient says yes. Not before.
The fee is charged at one precise, timestamped moment: the patient accepts your quote in writing. By then you’ve seen their photos and goals, chosen to respond, and they’ve watched your video consult and reviewed your itemized price.
Example
A patient studies your facelift results, sends a request, and accepts your quote. Your total Afters cost for that patient: $400 — a low-single-digit share of a typical facelift, charged after the yes. If she never accepts, you owe nothing.

Every quote shows the applicable booking fee before the patient can accept, so there is never a surprise line item.
One fee per consultation — never stacked
A multi-procedure request takes the single highest applicable tier. You are never charged twice for the same patient conversation.
No-show credit
If a patient accepts your quote and then never books or shows, flag it and we credit the fee. You should never pay for a booking that didn’t happen.

What does Afters cost per month?
Nothing. There is no subscription, no listing fee, and no per-lead charge. The only charge is a flat booking fee — $50 to $750 depending on the procedure tier — when a patient accepts your quote.
What exactly triggers the booking fee?
The patient accepting your quote in writing on the platform. It is a timestamped action the patient takes after watching your video consultation and reviewing your itemized quote. Everything before that moment is free.
Which tier applies to a multi-procedure request?
The single highest applicable tier, once. A request combining a tummy tuck (high surgical) with liposuction (mid surgical) is one $400 fee — fees never stack.
Is the fee a percentage of my quote?
No. The fee is a fixed dollar amount set by the procedure the patient selected when they sent the request. We never see, audit, or take a percentage of your revenue.
What if the patient accepts the quote but never shows up?
Flag it and we credit the fee. The model only works if you pay for real bookings, so accepted-then-ghosted consultations are on us.
Do leads from my own website embeds cost anything?
The tools are free and the requests are free, wherever they come from. If a patient books — whether they found you on Afters or through the embeds on your own site — the same single flat fee applies. Never per lead, never monthly.
