The fee becomes due when the patient says yes. Not before.
The fee is recorded at one precise, timestamped moment: the patient accepts your quote in writing. By then you’ve seen their photos and goals, chosen to respond, and they can review your itemized price.
Example
A patient studies your facelift results, sends a request, and accepts your quote. Your total Afters cost for that patient: $400 — a low-single-digit share of a typical facelift, due after the yes. If she never accepts, you owe nothing.

Your team can review the published procedure tiers before sending a quote. The platform fee is a practice ledger item, not a patient quote line item.
One fee per consultation — never stacked
A multi-procedure request takes the single highest applicable tier. You are never charged twice for the same patient conversation.
No-book and no-show review
If a patient accepts your quote and then never books or attends, an owner or admin can request a credit review. A separate Super Admin records the approval or denial.
Traceable fee history
The billing workspace lists each fee with its consultation context and review status. Contact support if a record looks incorrect.

What does Afters cost per month?
Nothing. There is no subscription, listing fee, or per-lead charge. A flat platform fee—$50–$750 depending on the procedure tier—is recorded and becomes due when a patient accepts your written quote.
What exactly triggers the platform fee?
The patient accepting your quote in writing on the platform. It is a timestamped action after the patient can review the itemized quote. Everything before that moment is free.
Which tier applies to a multi-procedure request?
The single highest applicable tier, once. A request combining a tummy tuck (high surgical) with liposuction (mid surgical) is one $400 fee — fees never stack.
Is the fee a percentage of my quote?
No. The fee is a fixed dollar amount set by the procedure selected in the request, not a percentage of the quote amount.
What if the patient accepts the quote but never shows up?
Request a credit review from the fee record and choose “patient did not book” or “patient did not attend.” Afters records a separate administrator’s approval or denial; submitting a request is not an automatic credit or refund.
Do leads from my own website embeds cost anything?
The tools and requests are free, wherever they come from. The same single flat fee applies only if that patient accepts your written quote on Afters. Never per lead, never monthly.
