Before you go

A five-minute prep list

  • Bring a current medication, supplement, allergy, and health history list.
  • Save a few Arm Lift results that show what you like and what you do not want.
  • Write down the change you care about most so the consultation stays focused.
  • Bring your calendar and think through work, caregiving, travel, and recovery support.
  • Set the total amount you are comfortable spending before you discuss payment options.

Say this first

The one thing I want them to understand

Use this sheet to organize a consultation—not as medical advice. Independently verify licenses, relevant credentials, and facility accreditation. Individual risks, recovery, and results vary.

What I want to remember

St. Louis edition

Write the answer in your own words. If something still feels unclear, circle it and ask again before you decide.

1

The plan, in my own words

What would they do, with which product or technique, and over how many visits?

2

The result they believe is realistic

What change should I expect, and what is unlikely to change?

3

Risks or tradeoffs to think about

Which ones apply to me, and what would the practice do if something went wrong?

4

The full price

What is included, what may cost more, and what might I pay for maintenance later?

5

What still needs an answer

Write down anything that felt vague, rushed, or different from what you expected.

6

My next step, if I want one

Do I need another consultation, more time, or one specific piece of information?
